What’s in a Name? The Rise of the Drones

It is definitely a deliberately provocative front cover heading designed to attract attention – 'the rise of the drones'. The Air Force dislikes the term 'drone' mainly because of the media headlines about drone strikes taking out Taliban insurgents that imply that drones are autonomous robots, all-seeing omnipotent machines that find and destroy their targets without human input.

Instead the Air Force prefers the term 'remotely-piloted aircraft', or RPA, which has also been adopted by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. Certainly in the military context RPA is more accurate terminology than UAV or 'unmanned aerial vehicle'.

It is true that military platforms like the MQ-9 Reaper (on our front cover) are unmanned aircraft in the sense that a pilot is not physically on-board the aircraft. But it is more accurate to say they are remotely-piloted, as the crew of a Reaper, comprising a pilot and sensor operator, flies the aircraft and makes all the decisions on the employment of its weapons and sensors, from the ground.

While autonomous aircraft may be on the horizon, for now at least UAVs are only unmanned in the sense that there is no-one physically in the aircraft. All decision-making is made by a trained human.

(Indeed, as we report in our feature elsewhere this issue, the RAAF "s director of unmanned systems calls RPAs" hyper-manned "because of the personnel requirements to operate a system capable of 24/7 'persistent' operations.)

Where RPA is more of a misnomer is in the world of small drones that can be purchased by the general public. Yes, small drones are 'piloted' in the sense they are controlled by a pilot on the ground via remote control, but in the vast majority of cases drones are flown by 'pilots' with nothing like the qualifications and aviation knowledge and understanding of a 'pilot' in a traditional manned aircraft.

And that's an area of great concern and controversy. Anecdotally many professionals within the aviation industry, from pilots to air traffic controllers, hold grave concerns that it is only a matter of time before a small drone crashes into an airliner on approach or departing an airport, causing a potential disaster.

CASA faces the unenviable task of trying to regulate an area of aviation that is near impossible to properly control. Small drones are cheap and plentiful, all you need to own one is a credit card with a $ 1,000 balance, a few minutes shopping online at eBay or even Officeworks and voila, you're a drone 'pilot'. (We will know we have hit 'peak drone' when the drone you order online is delivered to your door by an Amazon.com delivery drone.)

The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has launched the Aerial Dragnet program, which "seeks innovative technologies to provide persistent, wide-area surveillance of all [unmanned aircraft] operating below 1,000 feet in a large city", Could there be applications here in keeping airports safe from rogue drones?

The rules covering the commercial operation of drones that weigh more than 2kg requires operators to hold an RPA operator's certificate (ReOC) and the pilot to hold a remote pilot license (RePL) – ie to hold aviation knowledge and training.

But of greater concern are the regulations covering recreational use and the new rules introduced from September 29, covering commercial use of drones weighing less than 2kg. In both cases no formal aviation knowledge is required, with only two key requirements governing their use. aerodromes, "states CASA's website summarising the new amendments to CASR Part 101 introduced on September 29, and" you must not fly your RPA higher than 120 metres (400ft) AGL. "

Essentially these same restrictions apply to recreationally flown drones (and remote-controlled aircraft). But how will an RPA pilot with no formal aviation knowledge and training know when they are flying within 5.5km (or 3nm) of a controlled airport? And how well do they know the dangers of doing so if they decide to disregard those rules?

You must keep your RPA at least 5.5km away from controlled 'Peak drone' will be when the drone you order online is delivered to your door by an Amazon, com delivery drone.

Because there's little way of stopping a drone being flown into controlled airspace, whether through ignorance or deliberate wilfulness, and almost no way of warning of a potential drone strike with a commercial airliner carrying hundreds of passengers until it is too late.

Drones are so small that they can not be detected by air traffic control primary radar, and they're not fitted with transponders.

Short of having Air Force Reaper RPAs patrolling the airspace around our major airports ready to shoot down rogue drones that enter controlled airspace with their Hell fire missiles, what is really needed is a better understanding of the dangers of a 2kg drone impacting a "manned" 737 with 150 passengers and crew.

For decades aviation has focused on minimizing the very real danger of bird strike, so aircraft do already have some level of protection against a drone strike. Still, we need to know more about the risk posed by drones, especially with their solid batteries and motors and spinning rotors.

The perception of drones undoubtedly suffers from their foreboding appearance – whether a Reaper or a recreational drone purchased off eBay they look like something out of a sci-fi movie.

But the threat that drones pose to the safely of pilots and the flying public is more than just perception.

Isagenix Review: How Do the Products and Business Compare?

In this Isagenix review I will go over how the products and business compare to others in the marketplace. As someone who has used the Isagenix product in the past, and someone who is educated in nutrition and wellness, I will explain the results I have had personally. As an experienced network marketer, I will give a solid comparison to other companies.

First of all, let's look at the products.

For years, I thought the Isagenix products were diet products. I do not believe in dieting as a healthy way to attain your ideal body weight, so when I was invited to take a look at the products, I was skeptical. But after finding out they are nutritional cleansing products, not diet products, I decided to try them. I started with the 30 day cleanse because I believe that cleansing the body of toxins is the first step to regaining optimal health and health is important to me.

The main products in the 30 day cleanse are the Isalean shakes, the Ionix Supreme, and the Cleanse for Life.

The shakes are make from organic, undenatured whey protein from New Zealand cows. The protein, amino acid, and mineral content is high in the Isalean shakes and is really does take good. Even my kids liked it. The only other whey protein I have come across that rivals quality of the Isalean shakes is Immunocal. Immunocal is another network marketing company with very high standards. Both products are superior forms of whey protein to what you will find in stores, but in my experience, the Immunocal powder was difficult to drink, both in taste an texture. The thing that impressed me most with the Isalean shakes was the fact that they contain live enzymes for the first 20 minutes after you make them, which is important for proper digestion. I have tried the Greens + protein as well as a number of others from the health food store, but like the taste of the Isalean shakes best.

The Ionix Supreme is a liquid supplement that contains a number of different adaptogenens that counteract the effects of stress, all the B vitamins, as well as Ionix minerals which are depleted from our soils today. In my opinion, Ionix Supreme is fantastic. The founder of Isagenix, John Anderson, has created many products for companies such as Nature's Sunshine, GNC, and Nature's Whey, but Ionix Supreme is the culmination of over 30 years of research.

The Cleanse for Life product is used once a week during the 30 day cleanse. It is a combination of cleansing herbs and other ingredients that naturally cleanse the body's organs and remove toxins. Cleanse for Life protects and restores the body with nutrients while giving the digestive tract 'a day off' to restore itself.

There are a couple other products involved in the 30 day cleanse but those are the main three. After doing the cleanse and feeling the results, I believe that the Isagenix products do what they say. They have a lot of testimonials on their website but I am someone who needs to feel results first hand.

I have also tried their Microderm with Natural Sea Mineral Crystals and their Ageless renewal serum and thought they were decent. I am somewhat of an anti aging afficiando so I quite picky when it comes to skin care.

And now let's look at the Isagenix Business.

There are a lot of network marketing companies out there and it can be confusing to choose one. It is important to love the products you intend to promote, but even more than that, it is important to understand the business side of it and to be sure that you have a solid understand of how to market your business and yourself.

Isagenix has a binary compensation plan which means you are building two legs, which means you have to build two legs. There are pros and cons to a binary payplan but the bottom line is that if you work, it works.

The good thing about Isagenix is that when you do introduce the products to someone, the probability that they will reorder on a monthly basis is high for at least 2 or 3 months, regardless of whether they are doing the business, because people want to lose weight, which is important when you are trying to create residual income.

In any network marketing company, success comes down to how many people you talk to and how many of them join you. The problem most network marketers face is running out of people to talk to.

These days, the best way to get in front of people who are looking for a business opportunity is to use the internet. By getting in front of people who are looking actively seeking a way to make money from home, or who are researching different network marketing companies to join, you will be able to increase your sphere of influence beyond your warm market and have people contact you.

The best way to build any network marketing company these days is a combination of online and offline strategies. By combining today's technology to reach your market, and the personal touch of talking to them in person after they have expressed an interest in working with you is really the best way to build a profitable home based business.

I chose not to build the Isagenix business, but I did like the products. Isagenix is one of several quality shakes I enjoy with my family.

10 Reasons Why Sound Insulation is So Important

If you've ever been involved in a building project, or refurbished your home, then perhaps you know exactly why sound insulation is so important, and why it is fundamental to the design and construction of your project. If you're not aware of why it's so important, then here's what you need to know.

1. Land to build houses on is hard to come by, and so houses are closer together, and so people are living closer together, which means that noise from one house can easily be heard or felt in another house, even if the noise isn 't especially loud.

2. Sound insulation affects both new building projects and refurbishments, so if you're involved in property construction, or want to make the most of your house, then you'll need to make sure that you take into account the fact that you ' ll need to be aware of noise levels.

3. The UK Building Regulations specify how much noise is allowed, and what sort of acoustic flooring and other sound insulation products are available and suitable for your project.

4. Because noise is seen as a Health and Safety issue, it's important that people are not subjected to excessive noise. Residents have a right to be able to relax during the evening and at weekend, without having to listen to the noise from their neighbours.

5. You might already have some idea as to what sound insulation products you need, or what sort of sound control you want. If you're building an office block, or a hospital, then your needs will differ from somebody who wants to lessen the effects of drum or trumpet practice in their home.

6. If you know you need to reduce the noise in your home, then you'll need to make sure you get the right products for your build. You'll need to make sure that the acoustic insulation you use on your project meets the relevant UK Building Regulations,

7. Airborne sound is the sound of music or conversation, and because walls seem to be very thin in new builds, it is often possible to hear conversations and music in neighbouring rooms and houses, even though the music or conversation might not be classed as very loud.

8. Impact sound is the sound of something hitting something else, rather than music or conversation. Playing drums, footsteps on stairs or a washing machine vibrating on an uneven floor are examples of impact sound.

9. Flanking transmission is the path that sound takes, and explains how music or other noises can be heard elsewhere in the building. If you're building a hotel or want to install a home cinema system than you'll want to reduce the amount of noise that travels.

10. Unless you are experienced in sound reduction and acoustic flooring, it's probably a good idea to get your sound insulation fitted professionally, so that you know it has been done correctly, and that it will be effective and meet the relevant standards, and will pass any inspections.

Now you know more about why sound control is so important, perhaps now is the time for you to think more about sound insulation in your home.

What Is Social Media Marketing?

Social media marketing is a completely new, but vital part of online marketing that has taken off in the last few years. A brief definition of it is the process of increasing traffic to your site or gaining attention online though social media sites.

What are social media sites?

These types of sites are ones that rely on human interaction to work, such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. They all require social actions that differ in the way they work such as Twitter gives you 140 characters max to say something or through a video or picture, whereas Facebook also you unlimited characters and the chance to add many photos at a time, join events or share updates.

What is social media important?

Social media marketing is very important to enhance and support search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts as once a page of a site or a link is found by social media users, it can then go 'viral' pointing many links back to the website which in turn is seen as a sign of popularity to the search genies and giving a boost in rankings to the said site.

Taking a look at the big three, as mentioned above Facebook, Twitter and YouTube we can have a look how each of these social media sites helps your marketing efforts.

Using Facebook is probably the easiest and most common social media site that people have heard of. Although Twitter has millions of users, many people only use Twitter to follow celebrities or directly for their business. The average Joe will not always be found on Twitter, whereas with Facebook as it's all about you, then a lot of people use it.

Both small and large businesses rely on Facebook to help promote offers they have at the time, as well as using it to post photos and videos. It's also a great was to get people to interact as users can share updates from businesses, meaning that social media marketing is made all that much easier.

Having a page of Facebook is the way to go for businesses and encouraging people to like it through incentives such as competitions and prizes means that people are willing to tell others about your page, and then subsequently about your business.

Twitter as mentioned above is not as all consuming as Facebook because of the type of people using it, but if you are using Twitter to interact and make relationships and network then it is even more effective than Twitter. This is because people do not have to trawl through a page to see what you are about. What you say and do is limited to the 140 characters so you have to be clear and concise in your actions and words, therefore making it easier to impress people (or annoy them!)

Twitter takes some hard work where social media marketing is concerned as you have to build up a flowing before you can even start to influence flowers and getting that following is the start of the battle. People will not want to follow you if you constantly tweet promotional tweets or are always retweeting others messages. You have to make sure you are worthy of following and that what you say will engage people.

Once you have achieved this, then you rinse and repeat and keep writing what you have been writing that attracted your followers on the first place. Your message and business can then be spread across Twitter giving you invaluable links.

YouTube is also so commonly known that, like Twitter, you have to be very focused to successful use it in your social media marketing campaign. YouTube works more for educational websites and those selling things that could benefit from demonstrations. Using the right tags and descriptions also adds to the campaign so people can find your videos using the tags.

The videos have to be well made, and if you take the time to compile theses videos and people like what they see, it can take a matter of hours for your videos to go viral, again giving you national and even international exposure!

Insulating a Slipform Stone House

There can be no question that insulation should be of primary importance when considering new house construction. Slipform stone houses are no exception to this rule. Helen and Scott Nearing, early proponents of this stone building technique, claimed that their New England homes were comfortable year-round without much thought given to insulation – indeed, their first slipform home was built right into a Vermont cliff-face, and made use of bare ledge as one wall. While the thermal mass of the earth itself surely served to maintain house temperatures above freezing, by modern standards, there can be no doubt that this uninsulated stone house would make for a chilly winter. Insulation is key to efficiency, and there are a number of ways to insulate a slipform stone structure.

Stud Wall and fiberglass batting

One common approach to the question of insulation in stone and concrete structures is the construction of a standard framed stud wall against the interior wall. This framed wall is then insulated in the traditional manner, using fiberglass batting insulation between the studs. While this approach works fine, and brings the comfort of familiarity to many builders, the construction of the stud wall is wasteful, and the studs themselves present the opportunity for thermal bridging, significantly reducing the overall insulation of the house.

Rigid Insulation

Rigid insulation offers a number of opportunities when it comes to insulating slipform stone homes. Rigid insulation, correctly installed, allows for no thermal bridging and creates a tight envelope inside the house. There are a number of techniques for building this type of insulation right into the walls themselves, either by laying the insulation inside the forms as you build, or replacing the interior forms entirely with nailbase – rigid insulation mated with OSB, plywood, or even sheetrock on one side.

Adding rigid insulation after the walls are standing can present a challenge to the typical owner / builder. The biggest hurdle here is figuring out how to secure the insulation to the stone / concrete wall. One of the best ways to do this is using furring strips – narrow boards attached to the wall, into which screws can be driven. A powder-actuated nail gun, or ramset can be used to attach the furring strips to the wall. Another approach is to embed the furring strips into the concrete itself as you build the walls. The downside to this approach is that the furring strips will degrade and rot away over the decades, leaving gaps in the wall and weakening the overall structure. Fully removing the furring strips and replacing them could be a challenge.

Spray-on Insulation

This nifty product could be used to spray a seamless layer of insulating foam directly onto the interior of the slipform wall. The insulation would then be cut, sanded, or squashed flat before a finish layer of sheetrock is applied. Both of the above approaches present difficulties when it comes to hanging anything on the walls, as there are no interior studs for screwing or nailing into. Strategically placed furring strips could be used for this purpose.

There are any number of other conventional and unconventional approaches that you might pursue in insulating your slipform stone masonry structure, but these three options are both simple to implement and proven in many homes over a number of years. Whatever you decide, it's very important to ensure that your slipform stone house is snug and well insulated.

Emotional Abuse – Living With Resentment and Anger

It's not breaking the eggs that does the lasting harm; it's the continual walking eggshells. Emotional damage has a way of lingering in the times between resentful, angry, or abusive flare-ups. The empty, dull ache of unhappiness is most accurately measured in the accumulative effect of these small moments of disconnection, isolation, and dread. Take the

The following quiz reveals what it feels like to walk on eggshells day after day. Read it aloud – the objectivity in hearing your own voice say the words – especially your answers -is the first step toward healing.

If you live with a resentful, angry, or abusive partner, you probably have a vague feeling, at least now and then, that you have lost yourself. In your constant efforts to tiptoe around someone else's moods in the hope of avoiding blow-ups, put-downs, criticism, sighs of disapproval, or cold shoulders, you constantly edit what you say. You second-guess your own judgment, your own ideas, and your own preferences about how to live. You begin to question what you think is right and wrong. Ultimately, your perceptions of reality and your very sense of self change for the worse.

The cold fact is that it's hard not to lose yourself in the morass of what you should say or what you need to do (to keep things peaceful) and how you're supposed to be at any given moment. If you have to be one thing one minute and behave a different way in another (depending on your partner's moods), your confidence and sense of self can seem to disappear. You begin to feel that you can not reclaim yourself or begin to feel better until he changes and starts treating you better.

The understandable but tragic expectation that you are dependent on him for your emotional well being is the first thing you must change. You must heal and grow, whether or not he changes. Although our inborn sense of fairness and justice tells you that he ought to be the one to make changes, your pain tells you that you need to become the fully alive person you are meant to be. This means that you have to remove the focus from him and put it squarely on you. Happily, that is also the best thing you can do the help him and your relationship. This book will help you reclaim your true sense of self. That is its primary goal. But it will also help change your relationship.

All the tools you need to heal are in these pages. All the tools that he needs to replace resentment, anger, or abusive behavior with compassion are also in these pages. The first part of the book is about reintegrating your deepest values into your everyday sense of self. This will make you feel more valuable, confident, and powerful, regardless of what your partner – or anyone else – says or does. As you read these pages and reconnect to your deepest values, you will naturally, forcefully, and compassionately demand value and respect from your partner. Your compassionate demand for change is likely to be the only thing that will motivate him to once again be the man you married. But whether or not he changes, you must connect with your enormous inner value, resources, and personal power to stop walking on eggshells and to emerge as the richly creative, beautiful whole person you truly are.

The Worst Things

One of the worst things that can happen to your health and happiness is to live with a resentful, angry, or abusive partner. The worst thing you can do to your soul is become a resentful, angry, or abusive partner. And the worst thing you can develop in a love relationship is an identity as a victim, which destroys your personal power and solid sense of self. The cry I hear over and over again from women who walk on eggshells is, "I do not like the resentful, angry person he's made me."

To stop walking on eggshells, you must overcome abusiveness and victim-identity. Your emphasis must be on healing, growth, and empowerment. The true issue at stake is your core value – the most important things about you as a person – not his behavior or your reaction to it. As you reinforce and reconnect with your core value, you are far less likely to be a victim. As you experience the enormous depth of your core value, the last thing you will want to do is identify with being a victim, ie with "damage" or with bad things that have happened to you. In your core value you will identify with your inherent strengths, talents, skills, and power as a unique, ever-growing, competent, and compassionate person. You want to outgrow walking on eggshells, not simply survive it, and you do that only by realizing your fullest value as a person.

You Both Walk on Eggshells

If you feel that you are walking on eggshells, you probably do not realize that your partner is, too, though in a different way. He is so reactive to you and so unable to regulate his reactions that he constantly expects you to say or do something that will "push his buttons" and "make" him withdraw or attack. He feels that you are totally in control of his emotions, and all he can do is pout or shout like a defiant child. He feels that you control him.

The Pendulum of Pain

Please do not make the mistake of thinking that you can heal yourself simply by getting in touch with your understandable resentment and anger and leaving your relationship. Most of the women who leave (or nearly leave) out of resentment and anger end up returning out of guilt, shame, and anxiety, when they see how lost their husbands seem without them. They enjoy a brief honeymoon period following the reunion, until the tension returns and the resentment and anger get overwhelming. So they leave again (or withdraw emotionally from their husbands), only to face renewed guilt, shame, and abandonment anxiety, once the resentment and anger subside. Sometimes economic considerations drive women to return to these relationships, but they are not the most compelling factor. Research shows that women with means return to walking-on-eggshells relationships as often as women who are financially dependent. My own mother, like many of my clients, was the sole support of our family, yet she returned to my unemployed, resentful, angry, and abusive father 13 times in my first 11 years of life.

This pattern of leaving (or nearly leaving) out of anger and resentment, only to return out of guilt, shame, and anxiety is a hallmark of walking on eggshells. I call it a pendulum of pain. It has nothing to do with your "indecisiveness" or your personality. It follows from the strengths of your emotions, from your attachment to your husband, which we'll explore more in the next chapter. Resentment and anger at loved ones always resolve into guilt, shame, and abandonment anxiety. These painful, completely irrational emotions keep you attached to your husband no matter how bad the relationship is – these emotions developed in our brains at a time when to leave the tribe meant certain death on your own, by starvation or saber tooth tiger.

As long as you love someone, the only way to keep resentment and anger from turning to guilt, shame, and anxiety is to stay resentful and angry all the time. It might be safer if you did stay resentful and angry all the time, but that is probably not your nature. When your resentment subsides and your anger is exhausted, the pain of seeing someone you love in distress can become overwhelming and make you return to your now-remorseful, if not helpless, partner. However, if he does not learn to regulate his resentment, anger, or abusive behavior with compassion for himself and for you, the pendulum will swing back and forth, again and again.

Top 5 CPA Marketing Strategies

CPA (Cost-Per-Action) Marketing is an internet marketing income opportunity that's very similar to affiliate marketing. The difference between affiliate marketing and CPA marketing is the fact that CPA networks pay you every time a user clicks on your link and takes an action – like fills out their email address, register on the landing site or download and install an app on their phone .

The actions required to profit from CPA programs depends on the specific program, but unlike affiliate marketing, CPA programs do not require an actual purchase to be made. This means that it's much easier to profit from CPA programs since users are only required to take a certain action, and then you get paid. With affiliate marketing, the user has to complete a purchase and pay for a product / service before you get paid.

This is only one of the advantages CPA marketing holds over affiliate marketing. It's also easier to convert users with CPA programs since the programs are usually related to global interests – like "Win the brand new iPhone 6s" or "Win a $ 100 Amazon Gift Card". There's also a lot of different download CPA offers available on different networks – with these programs, your audience needs to download an app or game on their phone for free, and then you get paid for every install you refer.
These are all offers that targets a much more generic audience than a specific internet marketing or weight loss product you'd promote through affiliate marketing.
Now let's take a look at my top 5 strategies for driving traffic and conversions to your CPA offers.

# 1 – Use a squeeze page

The most important part of succeeding in the CPA marketing industry is to make use of a squeeze page. By using a squeeze page, you are increasing your chances for a conversion, while building a list of ready-to-take-action subscribers at the same time.

A squeeze page is a simple "landing page" where visitors will land before they are directed to the CPA offer. Your squeeze page should contain relevant information related to the CPA offer you are promoting – ask users to enter their email address into your email subscription form to continue. Once they add their email to your email subscription form, redirect them to the CPA offer. You can also have your auto responder send them an additional email with a link to the CPA offer in case the redirect did not work in their browser, or they closed the browser too soon.

# 2 – Use Social Media

Social media is a very important part of CPA marketing. Millions of users are turning to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media networks every day to catch the latest news, check up on their friends, search for coupons and offers, and much more.

This means that it's the perfect place to drop links to your squeeze pages / CPA offers. By promoting your CPA offers on social media, you are tapping into millions and millions of traffic – and if you do a good job, you can drive a lot of traffic back to your links.

The strategy to use here is to first join some groups related to the niche your CPA offer is targeting. If you're promoting a trial offer for a new dieting pill, then you should join health and weight loss related groups / communities on social media.

Once you've joined a couple of groups, start sharing helpful content with the group. Your content should provide some value – do not simply drop links! After a couple of posts, the group members will start to recognize your name and you'll have better authority in these groups.

Now it's time to drop a link to your CPA offer – add a good description and tell the group why they should click on your link. Also add a creative image that related to the niche you're targeting.

When dropping a link in these groups, be sure to add the link as close to the top as possible without starting the post with the link. Start with a title, drop the link and then add a description. The reason for this – when you create a long post on most social networks (except Twitter, where your tweets are limited) the post will be "shortened" with a "…" link that will expand the post. You want your link to appear above the text that gets cut off so people will be able to click on the link even if they do not expand the post.

# 3 – Use Document Sharing Sites

Document sharing sites allow you to share PDF documents with others – they put your documents on their site and anyone browsing their site are able to see and read your documents.

This is another great way to drive traffic back to your CPA offers! By simply sharing a couple of documents related to the CPA offer you are promoting, you are able to drive hundreds to thousands of visitors back to your link, bringing you more conversions and more profit.

You might be wondering what documents you can share here … it's actually quite simple. Do some research about different topics in the niche your CPA offer is targeting. Try to find a few different topics you can target. Then create a simple new document on your word processor and start to write about the specific topic. If you're using a word processor such as Microsoft Word, you can also choose one of the templates that the software comes with to create a nice layout for your document. I usually go with the "Reports" templates.

Add some helpful information in your document – anything more than 5 pages would do. The more helpful and the more closely related the information you share is compared to the CPA offer you are promoting, the higher the chances of getting more conversions on your clicks. Make sure you add a couple of links to your CPA offer in the document!

Share your documents on as many document sharing sites as you can. Be sure to add unique descriptions for your document on each site, and also include a link back to your CPA offer in each description.

# 4 – Use Instagram

Instagram is a social media network that focusses on multimedia – images and videos. This network is owned by Facebook, and it's almost as popular as Facebook. Instagram received millions of unique daily visitors, and there's millions of new images and videos posted every day.

With Instagram, you can post images and videos, and you can tag them so people can easily find them. You can also like another person's posts, as well as comment on them. The more comments and likes your post received, the better chance of going viral.

Instagram also allows you to follow other people, and offers a "timeline" view with the latest posts by the people you follow. The more followers you get, the more exposure your posts get.

Now to drive traffic back to your CPA offer using Instagram can take a while to get started, but once you've tapped into this market, you can drive hundreds of dollars' worth of conversions each and every day from Instagram alone.

To use this method, you should create a new Instagram account. Name your account something that relates to the offer you are promoting. You also need a landing page / squeeze page hosted on a custom domain – you CAN NOT link directly to a CPA offer or you will be banned.

Add a profile picture that relates to your niche, and then add a bio that relates to the offer you are promoting. And finally add a link to your squeeze page in the "Website Link" field while updating your profile.

Now you should add only 1 new image / video per day on your Instagram account. You can find millions of images on the internet related to your niche. Tag your image with popular tags – there's many different apps and websites that will give you the most popular and trending tags. Then hit publish.

Once you've added your image, start to follow a couple of people in your niche. Also like some of their pictures, and also comment on some of their posts. Do NOT spam – be thoughtful and considerate, and find a good balance between posting new images / videos, following other people, liking other's posts and commenting on posts.

Continue doing this and you'll soon start building up followers and driving traffic to your squeeze page. Just be-aware that this drives MOBILE TRAFFIC so you need to ensure both your squeeze page and the CPA offer you are promoting are mobile-optimized.

# 5 – Use PPV Advertising

The last strategy for gaining a lot of profit with CPA marketing is to use PPV advertising. PPV advertising is pay-per-view promotion, which means you pay an amount based on the total number of views your ad receives.

This type of advertising works, you just need to find the right network. There's several different PPV networks that you can make use of, and it will take some trial and error before you finally succeed – but keep at it and you will soon hit your first $ 100 day!

PPV advertising can cost you as little as $ 0.01 per visitor, which is really cheap. Imagine being able to convert offers at $ 0.01 per visitor. That's insane!

The only downside to using PPV advertising is the fact that most PPV networks require a large amount to start with. Most PPV networks will only allow you to start off with an amount of $ 50 + – this means you should have some startup capital if you want to use PPV.

If you do not have this much to spend right now, do not worry. There's still an upside to this!

I've shared with you 4 different strategies you can use to drive traffic to your CPA offers without having to spend a lot of money. Most of them are actually completely free. This means you can drive free targeted traffic to your squeeze pages and CPA links. So if you follow the first 4 strategies, implement them and keep with them, you will be able to push up your CPA earnings to the point where you have enough to invest in PPV advertising.

How Does the Media Influence the Economy?

Does the media have any influence on the economy? The media has influence, good or bad, on the economy. I am not stating that it is the only thing driving the forces of the economy, but if you think about all of the bad news that has been out about how little people are spending, layoffs, a downed economy, and other variables; it does have some influence on what people do.

When the news coverage talks about how bad an economy is doing, it can help to drive fear into the lives of people and force people to spend less in an economy. That fear can also trigger businesses to slow down on spending, which can also have an effect on other businesses. Have you ever watched the news and heard stories about various crimes that may have happened and felt like crime is rising in your area? You see, businesses rely on other businesses to make money as well. Doctors use other doctors to get referrals and businesses do the same with other businesses. Here is one example. A slow economy means that fewer homes are built due to slower sales. This would also mean less lumber, flooring, tile, paint, sinks, bath tubs, dry wall, light sockets … and the list goes on for the supplies being used to make homes. And the products are made by more than one manufacturer. This also would mean less sales people and workers would be needed for all of these industries.

You should ask yourself how do you feel about things after hearing about it on the news? Do you think good or bad depending on how the topic is covered? And does it affect or influence your decisions about buying a particular product? Automobile recalls can help to decrease the confidence of consumers to buy a particular automobile. Even though the recall could be on one model, people may stay away from the brand if it is publicized repeatedly in the media. Post why? People may be conditioned to think that the product, or products, that the manufacturer makes are unsafe.

The good news is that in this economy, all businesses are not suffering. The news that most people hear is only about companies that are laying off workers or companies that are completely going out of business. But why do we not hear about all of the other companies that are doing well, increasing margins, increasing profits, and expanding in this economy? It is probably because bad news sells faster than good news. People are sometimes more interested in bad or tragic news verses being more interested in good and prosperous news. If you think about any changes that you have made in your life during the recession and how you are spending more or less money. This is also a contributing factor that a lot of people have been doing as well.

You can look at discount stores and know that they are drawing in more people than normal during the recession. Post why? The reason is that people are looking to save more and keep more money in their pocket. When this happens, people tend to go to other resources that are available to get some of the same things that they are used to getting. You can also look at the stock markets. They tend to fluctuate when instant media coverage of financial cuts for the government of businesses are announced. This happens in real-time since the information is available everywhere online, television, cell phones, and radio. Have you been affected by the news that you hear or watch? The media can be a power influence on us all. I am not saying that it is a bad thing, but it does have some influence on what we do and how we think.

The History and the Uses of Jet Fuel

Over the past centuries, aviation has become one of the most developed inventions. Aviation had also become one of the most important forms of transport. Without aviation, we would not be able to travel across the globe for a short period. We would still rely on ships to travel, which is time-consuming and not efficient. However, the development of the aviation industries also leads to the elaboration of a new type of fuel. This new kind of fuel was focused mainly on air transport, and it is another vital item to all planes. All aircraft use a type of fuel known as jet fuel or aviation fuel. Without aviation grade fuel, planes would have no source of fuel to power the powerful jet turbine engine that would generate lift and other electrical power for the aircraft.

As plane engines get more complicated, they would require more sophisticated types of fuel to power the engines more efficiently. Common gasoline was not ideal for planes. At the dawn of aviation, most planes have a small, simple engine that powered automobiles. However, simple gasoline was not the best fuel for the powerful engines used by piston-driven airplanes that were developed in the 1930s and 1940s. Simple gasoline was not as efficient, and it did not have a high-octane rating. All types of fuel have a benchmark rating. The benchmark was its level of octane. The higher the amounts of octane allow a powerful piston engine to burn its fuel efficiently. During, the Jet age, the newly invented jet engine does not require a type of fuel that vaporized as easy as before. Instead of using old gasoline, they turn to a mixture of Kerosene and Gasoline. This first type of jet fuel was known as JP-1. Later on, there was a newly developed JP-8, they used this one type of fuel because it had a higher combustion rate and was less carcinogenic. All jet fuels only have a requirement that all types of aviation fuels would not ignite at low temperature, to prevent any fire accidents.

In the commercial plane businesses, they use jet a fuel. Jet a grade fuel is pure kerosene, and it has a flash-point of 49 degrees centigrade. Jet a fuel is a high-quality fuel. If jet a fails the purity and other quality tests for use on jet aircraft, it is sold to ground-based users that have less demanding requirements. Commercial jet fuel as well as military jet fuel often includes anti-freeze to prevent ice buildup inside the fuel tanks. Having ice build up in fuel tanks is one of the last things a pilot could wish for during their flight. In today's market, jet fuel cost around 0.95 cents per gallon. Jet fuel is cheaper than petrol as it is pure kerosene and commercial airlines buy them in bulk, making the price cheaper. Before jet fuel can become usable kerosene has to be extracted from crude oil and purify so it will burn cleanly in jet engines. After extraction is completed, the chemist must figure out the blend of kerosene and gasoline to make the fuel as efficient as possible, and keeps the engine from unnecessary misfires.

In conclusion, the introduction of Jet fuel changed the face of the aviation industries. Without aviation grade, fuel air fares would cost more because they would have to use petrol to run the engines. The uses of jet fuel are also more efficient for planes as they were designed for the job.
